Based in Denmark, Anders Frederiksen has over 25 years’ industry experience in Digital IC design, Product and Executive management, across the world and in both multinational and several startup companies, in the semiconductor and robotic industries. He is a regular presenter at industry conferences and forums.
He joined Analog Devices in 1998 as a system engineer on power electronics and motor control in Norwood (Marketing Automation) and has held various roles within the organization of Analog Devices driving technology developments, market engagements and sales strategies internationally and locally. Anders holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with Honors from the Technical University of Denmark. Before he joined Analog Devices he worked as Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Denmark.

Based in Limerick, Rajan Sharma has over three years of industry experience in system and product design within the defence and robotic industries. Rajan joined Analog Devices in 2022, bringing expertise from his previous role as a Technical Trainee for robotic systems at Skyfi Labs.
He holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics in Robotics and Automation, and Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics. Rajan's comprehensive background includes PLC programming, mechanical design and 3D printing underscoring his ability to drive innovative engineering projects and contribute significantly to company growth.

As Mouser Electronics´ Director of Technical Content for EMEA, Mark is responsible for creating and circulating technical content within the region. Before leading Technical Content, Mark was part of Mouser’s EMEA Supplier Marketing team and played a vital role in establishing and developing relationships with key manufacturing partners. Mark’s previous experience encompasses active engineering roles, technical support, semiconductor technical sales, and various marketing positions. A “hands-on” engineer at heart, Mark holds a first-class Honors Degree in Electronics Engineering from Coventry University.
