Matter is an innovative protocol designed to ensure secure and reliable connections between smart home devices and with popular smart home ecosystems. The development of Matter-compliant devices is known to be costly, intricate, and time-intensive.
Infineon's featured solution, OPTIGA™
Trust M MTR, combines the robust OPTIGA™ Trust M discrete security solution with a Matter provisioning service. This certified solution simplifies the integration of secured Matter compatibility into existing IoT designs, offering unparalleled ease and flexibility. Moreover, Infineon's collaboration with Kudelski IoT enables personalized Device Attestation Certificate injection, empowering OEMs with the ability to update DACs until the commencement of production.
The combination of the OPTIGA™ Trust M MTR with an Infineon PSoC™ 6 series MCU and a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth® or Thread module can be the basis for any Matter device family.
